Verse 264:
Not only by shaving the head does one become a recluse!
If without morality, honesty and sincerity, how can one,
who is full of desire and greed ever truly be a recluse?
Verse 265:
But he that overcomes all flaws,
both great and small, entirely and completely,
such one is verily a Bhikkhu.
